Our refund policy is 14 Days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Mattress – Refund is applicable within 14 days subject to the condition of the mattress (it should be original packing and unused).
Refund request by the customer before the item is delivered - 100% refund.
Refund request by the customer after item delivered - return charge aed300/- will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded within 4 - 6 weeks (or) customer can return the item by his transport to our warehouse, upon receipt of the item in good condition the refund will be processed within 4 - 6 weeks.
Mattress – Refund is not applicable for the odd sizes (non-standard sizes) custom-made and wrongly ordered sizes.
Beds and Sofas – Refund is not applicable once installed at the buyer’s premises.
Accessories – Refund is not applicable once delivered to the buyer (such as nightstand, pillows, protectors, duvets, mattress toppers, etc).
Refunds - Credit Cards / Tabby / Tamara / Cash on Delivery - applicable as per the original mode of payment done during the order process. (For example credit transactions, the refund will be processed to the particular credit card)
We do not accept any chargeback claims by customers If any issue is raised related to the merchandise/delivery delay. Disputes must be resolved with mutual understanding or by the UAE consumer law.
Orders (prepaid such as credit card/tabby / Tamara) - Merchandise will be stored free of charge for up to 30 days as per customer request, beyond 30 days there will be storage charges of AED50.00 per day.
Unclaimed orders - If the merchandise is unclaimed over 60 days, there will not be any refund.
Orders placed against Cash on Delivery are valid for only 3 days, if the Customer is not willing to accept the delivery within 3 days the order will be canceled by auto.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bedandpillows.com and send your item to Bed & Pillows, warehouse no.3, plot no.1699, Umm Al Quwain Industrial Area, UAQ, U.A.E once you have confirmation to accept the return.
Mattress - One time exchange is allowed within 14 days subject to the condition of the mattress (it should be fresh as new). If the exchanged product value is higher than the original, the buyer must pay the difference with a transport charge of AED300 per delivery.
If the exchanged product value is lower than the original value Bed & pillows will not pay the difference to the buyer at the same time Bed & pillows will charge the transport cost of AED300 per delivery.

Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: our own and third-party logistics including DHL, Aramex, etc... To return your product, you should email your product defect info to: info@bedandpillows.com. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
