Delivery
Free delivery/installation within the major city limits, including Dubai, Abu
Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain - 1 to 3 days.
Free deliveries/installation to Al Ain, Fujairah, Dibba,
Hatta, and Kalba are made once a week.
Special charges apply to the Western Region (contact
us before placing an order).
Returns
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Certain goods are exempt from returns.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not send returns to the manufacturer.
Refund (If Applicable)
- Mattress: Refunds are applicable within 14 days, subject to the mattress being in original packaging and unused.
- Pre-delivery refund request: 100% refund.
- Post-delivery refund request:
- AED 300 + mattress protector charges are deducted; the balance will be refunded within 4–6 weeks.
- OR: Return via customer’s transport to our warehouse. Refund processed within 4–6 weeks upon receipt of the item in good condition (original packaging/unused).
Refund (Not Applicable)
- Mattress: Non-refundable for odd sizes (non-standard/custom-made) or incorrectly ordered sizes.
- Non-refundable / non-exchangeable for a second mattress if the first was already exchanged within 14 days.
- Beds/Sofas: Non-refundable once installed.
- Accessories (e.g., nightstands, pillows, protectors, duvets, mattress toppers): Non-refundable after delivery.
Refund Method
- Processed via the original payment method (credit card, Tabby, Tamara, Cash on Delivery).
- Note: We do not accept chargeback claims. Disputes must be resolved mutually or under UAE consumer law.
Storage Charges
- Prepaid orders (credit card/Tabby/Tamara): Storage is free for 30 days. After 30 days, customers will be charged AED 50/day.
- Unclaimed orders (over 60 days): No refund.
- Cash on Delivery: Valid for 3 days. Unaccepted orders are automatically canceled.
Exchange (If Applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. To exchange:
Email info@bedandpillows.com for return confirmation.
Upon confirmation ship the item back to:
Bed & Pillows, Warehouse No. 3, Plot No. 1699, Umm Al Quwain Industrial Area, UAQ, UAE.
Mattress:
- One exchange is allowed within 14 days (must be in like-new condition).
- Higher-value exchange (upgrade): Pay the difference + AED 300 transport fee.
- Lower-value exchange (downgrade): No price difference refunded + AED 300 transport fee applies to the customer.
Exchange (Not Applicable)
- Mattress: Odd sizes (non-standard/custom-made) or incorrect size/item or used beyond 14 days trial.
- Beds/Sofas: No exchange after installation.
- Accessories (e.g., nightstands, pillows, protectors, duvets, mattress toppers): Non-exchange after delivery.
Shipping
Our
products are shipped within 2–3 days using the following carriers: our own
logistics and third-party services, including DHL, Aramex, etc. To return a
product, please email the product defect details to info@bedandpillows.com. You
will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item, which are
non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be
deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it takes for an
exchanged product to reach you may vary. We do not guarantee the receipt of
returned items.
